In a process led by Colliers, Miller Homes was the preferred bidder for the 6.5 acre site off Hinchley Road in Charlestown.
Out of these 100 homes, 20 will be set aside for affordable housing needs.
The deal will generate “a considerable capital receipt”, according to a report to Manchester City Council’s resources committee.
Planning permission for the project is anticipated by December 2024.

“We look forward to working with Manchester City Council and their representatives in progressing the acquisition and planning process over the coming months.”
