He joins from M&G Real Estate where he worked on large scale projects ranging from £2m to £300m in size.
In his new role, Fraser will be responsible for steering Oxygen’s construction and procurement strategy. This will involve strategic management, direction and oversight.
This will see him engage across the entire project lifecycle.
