In this role, he will be responsible for leading the portfolio team in closing and monitoring of new business and will lead the introduction of new tools.

Matthew joins BLEND with 20 years of industry experience, including his recent role as senior investment manager in the credit team at Atelier, six years in development finance at HTB, and prior work in restructuring and recoveries at Barclays.

Matthew’s appointment follows the recent recruitment of Graeme Walker as lending director.
