The asset is located between Heathrow Airport and Windsor and has 382 rooms, as well as meeting rooms, on-site parking, gym and multiple food and beverage outlets.
Sukhi, who founded Gold Care Homes in 1999 and oversees 45 sites today, said this marked the group’s expansion into the hospitality sector.
“The hotel’s location, operational potential and strong brand made it an ideal opportunity, and we see clear avenues for enhancing both guest experience and long-term performance,” he said.
