Development finance specialist Regentsmead recently teamed up with a local property developer network.

Regentsmead’s Business Executive, Ashley Ilsen, presented to members of the Wandsworth Property Network while identifying the benefits of development finance in comparison to other forms of lending.

The Wandsworth Property Network is a hub for property related activity in South West London and allows investors, home buyers, landlords and property professionals to network.

Ashley said it was a great event to attend and appreciated the opportunity to speak to a local property group.

“We were able to address the concerns of a range of individuals involved in property, from first timers to seasoned professionals and finance is certainly something that seems to be a regular problem,” said Ashley.

“Part of the Regentsmead offering is our very hands on and personal service and it was great to have a chance to present that to a new group of developers. We are already looking forward to the next one.”

The Wandsworth Property Network meet on the third Tuesday of every month at The Alma, 499 Old York Road, Wandsworth.

Regentsmead will also be running an event in conjunction with Checkmate, the new home warranty provider, which will be held in June later this year in London. The event will include a lunch and networking and will cover an insight for property developers, including planning tups, warranty issues, financing issues and project problems.
