In light of a recent agreement, Commercial Trust is set to team up with award winning lender, Precise Mortgages…

The partnership will see the packager structure buy-to-let and bridging applications with the specialist lender.

Commenting on the partnership, Stuart Cunningham, Director of Operations at Commercial Trust, said:

“Today’s landlord has increasingly niche requirements that mainstream lenders often struggle to service.

“It is hard to find a lender on the high street who will consider exposure to a large portfolio, or entertain rental cover at rates lower than five per cent for premium properties in London and the Southeast.

“To that end, we work with more and more specialist lenders who can accommodate these diverse requirements. Our appointment as a packager for Precise Mortgages cements our commitment to providing the best possible product for a customer’s circumstances.”

As a packager for Precise Mortgages, Commercial Trust will be assessing and underwriting applications prior to submission to the lender in order to maximise the chance of approval.

Stuart added: “At present, the cases we package for Precise Mortgages will be coming from our own client base, which we have decided to place with them as a result of appropriate research into their needs and circumstances,”

Stuart concluded: “Our enhanced relationship with Precise Mortgages is very important to us in the servicing of customer cases we work on with them. That being said, we will always remain objective when placing business, and we will always seek out the best product with impartiality.”

Commercial Trust Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, is part of the CT Capital group. The packager launched as an independent company in April 2014 after formerly being the commercial arm of TurnKey Mortgages Limited.
