Positive Commercial Finance has been granted full authorisation for permissions falling under Consumer Credit by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The master broker was granted permissions falling under Consumer Credit following a four-month application process.
John Waddicker, Director at Positive Commercial Finance, trading as Business Financing Solutions, said: “It’s great to have the permissions going into the New Year and they signal a true statement of intent for the business.
“We have always been strict on standards and will endeavour to maintain and develop our strategies for best representing our customers”.
“Positive is well known for its expertise in the development finance sector and expects 2016 to be another record breaking year.”
Positive’s application was supported by SimplyBiz Group’s Consumer Credit Centre.
Earlier this year, Positive, whose application for varying permissions under the Mortgage Credit Directive is still in its early stages, updated its brand image by relaunching its logo and website.
