Mulalley has been awarded a contract to be the sole provider of planned maintenance and general building improvements for Croydon Council for up to 14 years.
The construction company said the contract has a potential value of £210m.
Mullalley has been working in partnership with the council for the past 10 years, delivering a housing contract as well as external re-decoration and associated repairs contracts.
Bruce Benson, Operations Director at Mulalley, said: “We are thrilled to have won this significant contract continuing Croydon Council’s transformation of their housing stock.
“I think this win highlights the strength of our team, our approach to partnering and the quality and value of the work we have delivered over the last ten years.”
The contract commences this month with works set to start in April.
