She joins from Octopus Property, where she served as its head of development origination.
During her time there, she was responsible for originating and structuring over £400m of development debt facilities and managed a team of five development finance specialists.
Prior to that, Emma served at Investec Structured Property Finance, where she structured development facilities for the construction of hotels, residential sites, large PRS schemes and serviced apartments.
