A portfolio of 120 units across the city will be managed by housing charity Spring Housing Association (Spring HA).
Spring HA has agreed to lease the properties from Urban Village Capital for an initial three years.
Nick Sellman, chief executive at Urban Village Capital (pictured above), said he was pleased to have reached an agreement with Spring HA.

“Homelessness is a major issue, not just in Birmingham, but right across the UK and we are keen to be part of the solution.
“This portfolio of 120 units is ideal for Spring’s requirements and will help hundreds of people avoid falling into the homeless trap, which we know is so difficult to escape once you’re in it.”
Dominic Bradley, group chief executive at Spring HA, added: “This is part of a wider strategy of investment into the Stockland Green area, which has seen many people in very unsuitable housing conditions, which has caused much disruption to the local community.”
