The South East-based law firm’s commercial property department will work with the bank’s development finance arm to advise on new transactions to support property developers with residential and mixed-use refurb and new-build projects.
It will assist Shawbrook on transactions with loan sizes ranging from £1m-30m.
The firm already sits on the panel of legal advisers for a range of mainstream, challenger and specialist banks, in addition to Shawbrook.
