The facility — agreed on a 24-month term — has enabled the company to acquire the necessary land for its £12.5m GDV Crosby Farm scheme, which will comprise 24 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses looking out onto the Slinfold Cricket Club pitch.
Antler Homes will also deliver a new pavilion for the local cricket club.
The deal was led on behalf of the bank by relationship director Toby Burgess.
