This new hire comes at a time of significant growth for Sancus, following the recent appointments of Mel Fourie as head of sales, North, Jaxon Stevens as head of sales, South, and their teams.
In his new role, Alasdair will be providing specialist property support to the Sancus Group with the business development and credit teams, as well as reviewing loan applications and managing current facilities.
Alasdair is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in property development, construction and consultancy in the UK and overseas.
He has worked in all sectors of the built environment, and specialises in appraisals, cashflows, funding, investment and exit strategies.

Alasdair founded his own development consultancy company in 2009 and has consulted with Sancus for several years.
He has also served as director of Dalmatian Ltd since 2008.
